Nat Miller founded Breakthru Collective on a simple belief: real impact happens at the intersection of strategy and people.
With over 20 years at Google, Nike, and beyond, Nat has helped shape strategy for some of the world's most recognizable brands — and stayed close enough to see which plans actually took hold and which quietly didn't. She's worked with executives and frontline teams alike, across industries and organizations of every size.
Nat is known for helping teams find their way forward. Every engagement combines deep listening, strategic design, skilled facilitation, and the follow-through that makes it stick. A self-described professional generalist, she's led strategy and operations for large organizations, orchestrated complex reorgs, and built initiatives from the ground up. Across every one of those roles, she was the one who refused to let strategy stop at the page — insisting that the plan and the people who'd carry it had to be built together. Increasingly, that work centers on AI, where she helps teams separate what's genuinely useful from what's simply loud.
Before founding Breakthru, Nat owned and operated an Escape Room on the Oregon coast — an education in designing experiences where people have to think differently and solve things together, usually under pressure. That instinct runs through her work today: hands-on, creative, and built to get people to their best thinking.
Nat lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, daughter, and dog, Bertie. When she’s not partnering with teams, you’ll find her reading, traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, or knee-deep in her latest garden project.
