Nat Miller is the founder of Breakthru Collective, where she partners with teams and leaders to break through what’s holding them back and build what’s next.
With over 20 years of experience at Google, Nike, and beyond, Nat brings a rare blend of strategic insight, creative energy, and operational rigor to every engagement. She’s worked across industries and organizational layers, helping leadership teams align on vision, navigate change, and strengthen how they work together.
Nat is known for helping teams get unstuck—whether through deep listening, facilitation, strategic design, or follow-through support. A self-described professional generalist, she’s led strategy and operations for large marketing organizations, orchestrated complex reorgs, and built initiatives from the ground up.
Before founding Breakthru, Nat owned and operated a successful escape room business, where she honed her skills in storytelling, experience design, and creative problem-solving. She now brings that same sense of clarity, curiosity, and momentum to teams navigating growth, change, or the complexities of an AI-powered future.
Nat lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, daughter, and dog, Ella. When she’s not partnering with teams, you’ll find her reading, traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, or knee-deep in her latest garden project.
